Objective
To guide the relevant government officials of ASEAN member States on utilizing the appropriate policy measures with regard to safe disposal of counterfeit goods based on the international norms and available research, and share experiences within the region with a view to improving the subregional norms and assisting ASEAN in establishing harmonized rules and norms concerning counterfeit goods.
