National Inclusive Business Forum for Malaysia
The First National Inclusive Business Forum for Malaysia will take place on 03 October 2019 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The National Forum is organised by the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development - SME Corporation Malaysia, the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) and the Inclusive Business Action Network (iBAN).
The National Forum will present the preliminary results of the landscape study on inclusive business recently conducted in Malaysia and discuss policy recommendations for creating an enabling environment for businesses that provide innovative solutions to the challenges of poor and low-income people in Malaysia.
The forum will be attended by high-level Government officials, executive managers from inclusive businesses, intermediary and international organizations, and other public and private stakeholders.
In addition to the First Inclusive Business Policy Forum for Malaysia, SME Corporation Malaysia, ESCAP and iBAN will host a Business Forum on Inclusive Business in Kota Kinibalu on 4 October 2019.
